The Challenge
The existing monitoring solution couldn't scale beyond 10,000 metrics per second and lacked predictive capabilities. False-positive alerts were overwhelming operations teams, causing alert fatigue and missed critical incidents. Customers demanded custom dashboards but the rigid UI couldn't accommodate diverse use cases.
Our Solution
We built a time-series data pipeline using ClickHouse for high-throughput ingestion and query performance. A drag-and-drop dashboard builder with 40+ visualization widgets gives users full control. ML models trained on historical patterns detect anomalies before they escalate, reducing false positives by 90%.
The Outcome
The platform now ingests 5 billion data points daily with sub-second query response times. Alert accuracy improved to 96%, virtually eliminating alert fatigue. CloudMetrics grew ARR from $4M to $18M within 18 months of launch.
